Members' Shows: Artists of the Limberlost
The Muskoka Autumn Studio Tour includes some of the best artists and craftspeople in the district. Several members belong to other arts organizations as well, and 3 MAST members (Catherine O’Mara, in white; Susan Higgins, center; and Brian Markham, far right) also belong to Artists of the Limberlost.
There is still a month left to view the Artists of the Limberlost exhibition at the Canada Summit Centre in Huntsville; the exhibit closes April 15. About 40 guests attended the opening, and the weekly magazine What's Up Muskoka, had a nice article about the show.
Thank you to all the officials, clients, friends and family who helped celebrate the opening of this group exhibition.
The beautiful Canada Summit Centre is the hub of sports activities in Huntsville, and welcomes hundreds of people each day. The foyer exhibition area is a great asset for the artists of Muskoka and for all who have the pleasure to view the art displayed there! The Muskoka Autumn Studio Tour will be installing a group exhibition in the same space in mid April. Pictured above is glasswork by Susan Higgins and woodturning by Brian Markham from the Summit Centre show.
